All Basic Portraits and Real Estate photo sessions require a non refundable retainer fee at time of booking. The retainer fee is the payment for your session collected in full by Cash, Check, Money Order or Credit Card. A phone & person-to-person meeting is required before any monetary amount can be accepted unless you are more than 30 miles away in which case, we can Skype or Google Hangouts. A photo release, your invoice, and your session contract must be verbally agreed upon and signed at time of meeting. No exceptions unless we already have another arrangement. All sessions over 30 miles round trip will be charged $1.00 per mile (after 30 miles) and and 8.25%tax is added to every invoice.
All Event sessions require the same as stated above however Weddings require only 50% of the non refundable retainer fee at time of booking.
